Junior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Your mission

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI
Apply Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform / Terragrunt – from green-field to brown-field
Run & tune Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, GKE, AKS or on-prem)
Introduce GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or FluxCD
Build an end-to-end observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry)
Operate distributed services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis inside Kubernetes
Work hand-in-hand with our clients – from architecture talks to incident debugging
Take regular hack-time for our own startup side-projects you’ll help shape
Keep us current with the CNCF landscape – we love trying out new projects

Your profile

Passion for cloud technologies & automation; you live the “Everything-as-Code” ethos
First hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Solid skills with Git, Linux and the shell
Curiosity & hunger to learn: you experiment with new tools and share knowledge openly
Team spirit, clear communication (German or English) and the courage to ask questions

Teamspirit, Kommunikationsfreude (Deutsch oder Englisch) und den Mut, Fragen zu stellen
